Weekends provide an opportunity to explore meditation in more depth. At our centres we offer one-day, half-day starter session in Raja Yoga Meditation, Mindful Thinking & Positive Living along with other workshops on spiritual topics. These short introductory courses are created for “busy people” who may not find the time during the week. Visit a centre near you for further information.
These retreat offer you the opportunity to submerge yourself into the meditation experience. Each retreat is led by experienced yogis and meditators.
At our centres we offer regular silent meditations, guided meditations and creative meditation sessions. Often on Sunday evenings and also Saturdays.
